G-League? Yes, Says Gatorade

In a recent sponsorship deal, Gatorade and the NBA announced great news for the NBA's D-League longevity. To heighten brand awareness with up-and-coming athletes, Gatorade's sponsorship included naming rights. Now aptly referred to as the G-League, Gatorade's Senior Vice President and General Manager Brett O'Brien said, “This is about sports nutrition, this is sports fuel and future innovation that is accessible to athletes everywhere."
